Norden NEW Futurama 8´0’’ / red / super light carbon

Using our knowledge in surfboard design, we have adapted these new design elements to create the all-new norden “Futurama SUP 8´0”. A combination of reduced length, with more tail surface-area, and a shift of volume from the rails to the center of the board, makes for unprecedented power and performance in an SUP. The channeled bottom that runs into a “Stealth Swallow Tail” rounds off a shape that is faster then anything you have ever ridden before. Adding two rocker lines by implementing a channel - with decreased rocker in the center for more control, and more pronounced rocker along the rail for more maneuverability - is the key to this SUP shape. Despite all the futuristic design features, however, you will be surprised how easy this boards handles in the waves. Carbon Ultra Light: The all new super light carbon construction is by far the lightes construction we ever offered. Using a very light eps core which will be completely vacuum-laminated with pvc and carbon sandwich, allows us to use less fibreglass and no stringer without sacrificing any durability. Additionally the boards get finished of with a super light brush coat which gives it the rustic look and saves us some extra grams by leaving the traditional spray design behind.
